Member Statements

 

  • Personal Accounts: received a statement from June 16th to July 9th and then from July 10th to August 15th.
  • Business/Ag Accounts: received a statement from July 1st to July 9th and then from July 10th to July 31st.
  • All members received a statement for the period just prior to conversion.

  • E-statement service has been delayed. Members who only had e-statements prior to conversion will receive a paper statement until such time that the e-statement service is restored.
  • Following conversion, regular statement frequency will resume. However, statements will have a new look. If you have any questions, please contact your branch. After conversion, your household may receive more or less statements than before as we must now print statements by “name” rather than by “membership number”. This is due to privacy legislation.
ATM Receipts

 

  • The Available Balance on your ATM receipts is now calculated differently  than before.
  • BALANCE refers to the amount of funds that are currently on deposit.
  • AVAILABLE now represents the amount of funds on deposit, PLUS your line of credit PLUS your savings accounts available for cover-drafting (less any holds).
Online Banking

 

  • MemberDirect has a new URL: https://www6.memberdirect.net/brand/sk_ceamscelero_accent. Please update your bookmark.
  • Remember when you first access MemberDirect online banking, you will need to use your new temporary  Personal Access Code (PAC).
  • Account history did not convert. If you did not print off or download your history, please contact your branch.
  • Scheduled loan transfers will not show in the scheduled transfers section but will continue to occur.
  • Members with existing hyperWALLET’s should access their wallets via www.hyperwallet.com until such time that this service is restored on MemberDirect.

  • Temporary Personal Account PACs: 3 + the last four digits of your Social Insurance Number (i.e. 35432). If you do not have a SIN, your PAC will be 3 + your date of birth (MMDD).
  • Temporary Business Account PACs: 3 + the last four digits of your Member Number (i.e. 35432)
