✅ Provide crucial support and administrative assistance to frontline lending staff
✅ Deliver exceptional member service that supports the credit union’s profitability and security
✅ Support the Lending Services Department’s goal of delivering exceptional member service
✅ Participate in a thorough development plan to build the knowledge and resources to confidently support your team

✔ Grade 12 diploma
✔ One to three years of job‑related experience

Accent Credit Union is seeking a full-time Human Resources Administrator to support our board, staff, and management!

🔹 In this key role, you will:

✅ Provide high-quality HR administration to support board, management, and staff
✅ Lead recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee development initiatives
✅ Administer payroll, benefits, and HR information systems
✅ Maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure alignment with organizational strategy

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

✔ Human Resources Degree or Diploma
✔ 4–6 years of related HR experience
✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
✔ Superior organization, attention to detail, and deadline-driven work habits
✔ Bondable and proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS (Human Resourses Information Management Software) is an asset
✔ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
